We use third-party providers including OpenAI for letter generation, Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and analytics providers for usage measurement.
Data retention
We retain purchased letters and account records for as long as needed to operate the service, support returning users, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Free preview data may be retained for operational, fraud-prevention, and debugging purposes.
