Refund Policy

Overview

LetterAnger sells one-time digital products, including single-letter unlocks and stored credit packs. Because the product is delivered instantly, refunds are reviewed case by case.

When refunds may be granted

We may offer a refund if you were charged more than once by mistake, did not receive the purchased unlock or credits, or experienced a clear technical failure that prevented delivery of the paid product.

When refunds are usually not granted

Refunds are generally not available simply because you changed your mind after unlocking a letter, because you decided not to send the letter, or because you want changes to wording that could be made by editing the draft.

How to request help

If there is a billing issue, contact support@letteranger.com with the email used at checkout, the approximate purchase time, and any relevant Stripe receipt details.
