Using the service
LetterAnger provides AI-assisted complaint letter generation for informational and drafting purposes. You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before you send or rely on it.

LetterAnger is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Generated letters are drafting tools only and may not be suitable for every dispute, jurisdiction, or regulatory context.
Accounts and access
If you create or receive an account, you are responsible for keeping your login method secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid unlocks and stored credits are one-time purchases. Prices, taxes, and availability may change in the future, but changes do not alter letters or credits you have already purchased.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for fraud, harassment, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, scraping at scale, or any attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform.
Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and access may be suspended to address security, maintenance, or abuse issues.
